The dogfooded back-office product
Package the quiet chaos of solo operations into software that manages what needs attention.
- Situation
- Back-office spreadsheets, scattered email logins, unopened statements and zip files, asset mis-management, and the plain 'forgot I had that' - the mess every solo operator drowns in.
- Built
- That chaos packaged into software that surfaces and manages what actually needs attention - built for ourselves first and run on our own operation. Foundation: schema + connector work, the client-engine buildout, and a reusable delivery methodology (markdown-portable, per-client branding, README-as-UX).
- Outcome
- In use internally (dogfood); no shipped external product with an outside early adopter yet.
